I have used Tervis mugs for years, but they stain and awful within a few months** A: The silicone plug on the bottom of the cup inevitably comes out and the cup fills with dirty water and soap when washed that will not come out, so the cup always looks dirty. Becomes unusable almost immediately. Complete waste of money. Two contacts with seller and no satisfaction yet. When we washed them, water and soap got all inside of the air between the glass. This is extremely frustrating as it is near impossible to get the soap out. The soap and water enters on this little mark from the production of the cup on the bottom of the mug. This little mark already bothered me that it was there, as it detracts from some of the aesthetics of the mug.The soap additionally just makes the mug look and feel cheap. A few days later we pulled the offending mug back out, and it still had water in it. See the pictures to see how bad it was.
