They usually have too much sugar or too many carbs and not enough protein. Some of them are just plain out disgusting. Contrary to popular belief, "healthy" protein bars can make you gain weight if they have too many carbs and too much sugar. You want to keep your carbs low and this protein bar delivers on that, plus adds tons of flavor. Atkins Protein Bars taste great! I just wish they had a bigger box of them so I could buy in bulk versus individual boxes. Also, mines were a little hot when they were delivered so I had to throw them in the fridge for a bit. Overall, they are really great!

I really like these protein bars. They are both great-tasting and satisfying! My favorite thing about these protein bars is that they have 16 grams of protein and only 3 carbs and 1 gram of sugar. That is truly hard to find in a single protein bar. They usually have too much sugar or too many carbs and not enough protein. Some of them are just plain out disgusting.
