**Q: I have to drill the door to hang the basket?**
A: No, it has over the door hooks.  It you just hang it over the door.  It's very sturdy.

**Q: How do i fix this net....there are no hooks to connect net to hoop?**
A: Was the net connected to the hoop, at all? 
Mine was wrapped and I untangled and it only took a few minutes for setup b/t that and the Over the door hooks

**Q: does it come with balls**
A: It does not come with the balls.

**Q: Can these items be personalize ?**
