As i received this package, I was excited to use it on my following trip, it’s sleek design - compliments where I took it.  However just a short trip and upon checking the luggage there were the obvious marks from baggage claim being thrown around etc however a small chip that was apparent on the side after 1 use.I reached out to customer service and they rectified the situation immediately, fast and friendly without hassleI’m hoping the new one does not have the same chip problem, but appreciate the hassle free process nonetheless

I’m highly disappointed with this purchase. My suitcase basically looks used. It came with various scuff marks on the back, a dent on one of the screwed edges and dirty wheels. Not satisfied at all
