Nutritionally it may well be, but my wife and I found the appearance and taste utterly revolting. It looked like a mess of dark brown very oily sand in the pot, and even when well stirred it made little difference. Eating it was like having a mouthful of very oily grit with a very strong and bitter taste. This product is not for me or my wife, and it is rather expensive!
