I like the idea, but I have my everyday shoes set with elastic laces, so I have to slide my feet in & don't untie the shoes. Unfortunately these heel cups, while having a sticky back to try & keep them from moving, move every time I put my shoes on. I got the medium, because it says that is what I should get for my shoe size, but I don't think that they are wide enough for my heels. The other day I had to take them out because I was getting a blister as the side of the heel cup was rubbing against my foot about 1/4 from the edge of my heel. I wanted to like these, because they do seem to help my achilles tendinitis, but the fit is not the best for the type of shoe I have.
