**Q: Why is eARC on one of the HDMI 2.0 ports instead of 2.1?  How do I connect my AVR with many 2.1 devices on the AVR?  (Sony STR-AZ7000ES) dual out?**
A: From what I read the eARC port is HDMI 2.1

**Q: Where can I buy an extra remote?**
A: My remote didn't work out of the box tried to get it replaced they said they don't make them and that I would have to get last year's remote from a different TV that doesn't have backlighting or the same buttons so good luck I'm not sure sorry
