A: The distance between each hole is 227*81.5mm.( 8.83*3.21inch). And Please use 12mm drill bit to screw four 60mm holes.

**Q: How to retract the hose reel?**
A: Give the hose a gentle tug and guide it slowly back to the reel. Although the hose is automatically retracted, we still advise you to guide the hose manually when retracting so as to extend the use life of the hose guide and the recovery spring.

A: Please recycle hose and drain out the water inside when not in use .

The product works as advertised. I choose the 1/2-inch hose, and it was the right choice, its light, easy to maneuver and works well during retraction. Material and construction seemed to be reliable and durable, although I only used it few times so far... time will tell.
