A: It really depends on how large your biscuits are. But I usually work with: No. 2 nozzle for larger details and No. 1 or No. 0 nozzles for finer, smaller details.

**Q: Is this nozzle large enough for piping eclairs please?**
A: Yes, you can use it for eclairs, but they will be quite large.  I usually use the 1R (10mm) or 2R (13mm) diameter size for eclairs and profiteroles.  This tube is 16mm.
