Water and drop proof.- Compact and lightweight.- Three different color temperature modes, including a warm light mode. Also has a warm candle mode.- Built in handle and hook are convenient.Things I don't like:- The cover does not disperse light well. Looking from above the lantern, I can see a glaring ring of light. I can't look directly at it even at lowest brightness setting. In the picture is Gentos and Barebones Forest Lantern side by side. Barebones has much more evenly disperse light.- The lanterns always starts at full brightness at natural white mode. It does not memorize the previous brightness/mode before being turned off. Also I don't find long pressing the button as a convenient way to brightness adjustment.- Even at full brightness, there is some PWM flickering.
