This should not be marketed as a 'low carb' product. One teeny tiny, 9g piece is just over 5 grams of carbs!! A package of three small (and I do mean small) waffles is more than 16 grams.... when you're trying to stay under 20 or 40 a day this product doesn't cut it. Just not worth using up that much of your carb allowance in the run of a day. Couldn't tell you what they taste like.
