Took maybe a minute.The first thing I noticed when I pulled it out of the box was how lightweight it is, and I'll admit I had a brief moment of doubt. Then I actually felt the plastic — this thing is thick and solid. It's clearly built to work, not just look the part. I've loaded it up with pliers, a drill, cable spools, and assorted hardware without a second thought. It holds heavy tools just fine and nothing flexes.The standout feature for me is the magnetic section built into one of the tray compartments. As a low voltage installer, I'm constantly working with screws, bit tips, and small metal fittings that love to roll off of things and disappear into drop ceilings forever. I had to drill three holes and its sturdy and ladder will still raise & lower and fold for storage.
