Review: Good quality and Spacious - Good quality and very useful. It’s quite spacious, which makes bathing my baby comfortable and easy. Totally worth it!
Review: 10/10 for customer service and product - The product is sturdy and good but what impressed me more was the customer service. I lost the drain plug (small part which is used to stop water from flowing out) of the tub and was thinking of ways to get that because it was a small but valuable part and its really hard to get spare parts in the times of e-commerce. Without hope, I contacted LuvLap. A customer service rep Mr Saurav Sau was assigned and he quickly asked a photo post which he sent the part, without any charges through courier. Really impressed by the quality of service provided by him and appreciate the brand for having the spare parts for customers otherwise I would have to discard this. This tub can be used for newborns and toddlers both because of the different settings given. 10/10 to Mr Saurav Sau and 10/10 to LuvLap for the customer service. This has helped me gain confidence in the brand as its very normal to have broken or missing part for the kids items..

*by J***N on 22 May 2023*

Product is good fully satisfied good quality does the job perfectly few small problems are there which is the eyes, nose and cheeks is a rubber sticker which keeps on coming out and doesn’t stick properly and another one is the chair as 4 non slip suction sticker I don’t know what that is called as but it’s round in shape and sticks to the tub for the chair to be stable without moving in that 4 sticker 2 keeps on coming out and sticks to the tub when we remove the chair after the use we have to take it and fix it again this are the problem but I’m happy with how it looks it’s big no damage it has a drain chair fits properly inside doesn’t move when the baby moves it’s a good product for its price same looking tub in other brands are costly but compared to other costly brands it does the same work so this product is good and affordable totally satisfied and a good buy I never got disappointed with this luvlap brand
