The outer layer size is: 380*250*130cm/149*98*51 inch.
The inner layer size is: (270+80)*220cm/(106+31.4)*86 inch.
The sleeping area size is: 270*220cm/106*86 inch.

A: Yes one right at the front of the tent.

You need to fold "o" and "8" twice during the packing. Don't afraid to use your strength to fold it, the poles are quite firm, you won't break it.
It is maybe a little hard to re-pack it down for the first time to use it, but onece you get the point (put more force), you will find it is so easy to use it.

A: No if you stake the tent down really good   I bought stronger stakes for the tent!
