When I'd completed my exertions with a "conventional pump" there was frequently less air in my tyres than when I'd started and the valves where often bent over (why has no-one come up with a better design?).I really dreaded inflating my tyres and would rather ride around with them semi- inflated than undertake the dreaded "pumping down" exercise.That all changed when I bought this pump. I've now had it almost 2 years and (touch wood) never had a problem. It takes just a couple of minutes to beef up my tyres and my wife is no longer in any danger from flying equipment.
