I've had other battery powered products from a seller and the batteries lasted only a few weeks... It's because the batteries have been installed in that device since the assembly line...If by chance they don't put the little plastic strip between the negative side and the device, the batteries will go bad... **Q: Any way to calibrate temperature?** A: Calibrate means that you adjust your measuring tool (e.g. thermometer, hygrometer, speedometer, etc.) to give a known value when it's measuring (detecting) that value; you usually do this by adjusting a screw or other mechanism that results in the unit showing a 'reading', or measurement, of that known value on its display or output. This unit does NOT have any calibration adjustment. **Q: What do the low and high represent...is it for the last 24 hours?** A: As several others have said, it's the HIGH & LOW since it was reset. To reset, HOLD the button marked F/C until it resets. Each time that button is pressed, the displayed temperature changes between Fahrenheit and Celsius. **Q: is this made in usa** A: In China. I bought 3 of them, but don't find them useful. The setting for humid, dry, comfort is inaccurate for a relativity level reading in a home environment. At least in the Midwest region. They say 49% is dry when in fact it's too much for a home to carry, at least in the winter colder temps. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer Humidity. Acerate. Long-Lasting Battery. No Backlight *by on Reviewed in the United States September 8, 2026* TempPro TempAir Digital Hygrometer TP50 (3 Pack)My basement living area always feels like a cave in late summer, so I purchased this three-pack to figure out if my dehumidifier was actually pulling its weight.Placed the first unit right on the coffee table next to my reading lamp. The tiny little screen fired up instantly once I popped in the included battery, showing my space was hovering at sixty-eight percent moisture.I took the second gauge and slapped it directly onto the side of my fridge upstairs. The magnet on the back grips surprisingly well, though it slid down a quarter inch when I slammed the door closed after grabbing a late-night snack. It registered sixty-two percent up there. The third one went straight into my home office closet. I was curious if my old jackets were rotting away in trapped damp air. Turns out that closet stays around fifty-five percent, which gave me some peace of mind.Testing all three side-by-side on my desk first showed almost identical numbers. The temperature readings were within half a degree of each other, and the humidity levels matched up almost perfectly.I like how fast the screen updates when I carry a unit between rooms. Walking from my air-conditioned office into the sticky garage caused the numbers to jump in under fifteen seconds. That quick refresh rate is super handy when I am trying to balance airflow around the house. The little comfort indicator icon is a nice quick touch. Seeing a sad face or a "WET" tag across the display makes it real easy to tell my teenager to go turn the basement dehumidifier back on without explaining relative percentage levels.Standing them up on flat surfaces works pretty good using the fold-out leg. It feels a bit thin, like I might snap the tiny plastic hinge if I push down too hard, but sitting on a bookshelf it holds just fine. The lack of a backlit screen is a bit annoying when I try to check my room conditions in the dark before bed. I have to tilt the display toward my phone light to see what the numbers say.The clear plastic window over the LCD panel picked up a couple small hairline scuffs when I dropped one onto my hardwood floor. Still reads fine, just looks a little scuffed up now.Swapping between Fahrenheit and Celsius requires pushing a tiny button on the back casing. It takes a thumbnail to press it properly, which prevents accidental switches when sticking it to the fridge. For twenty-five bucks for a three pack, getting basic monitoring across three separate zones in my house feels like a fair trade.Pros:✅ High contrast LCD numbers are very easy to read across a bright room.✅ Quick ten second screen updates catch draft and moisture changes fast.✅ Magnetic backing sticks securely to basic metal kitchen appliances.✅ Included AAA batteries allow instant setup right out of the box.Cons:❌ Screen lacks a backlight making it difficult to read in dark rooms.❌ Lightweight plastic kickstand feels somewhat fragile when opening.❌ Plastic faceplate scratches easily if the unit gets dropped. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accurate and Great for Verifying HVAC Readings *by on Reviewed in the United States July 13, 2026* I bought these because my air conditioner thermostat was showing humidity levels that seemed much higher than expected, and I wanted an easy way to verify whether the readings were accurate. These monitors were exactly what I needed. I placed them in different rooms around the house, and they all gave very consistent temperature and humidity readings. That gave me confidence that the issue was with the thermostat rather than the actual humidity in my home. The displays are easy to read from across the room, they're simple to set up, and I like having three units so I can compare conditions throughout the house. They seem accurate, respond quickly to changes, and have been very reliable. If you're trying to troubleshoot your HVAC system, monitor indoor comfort, or simply want an accurate temperature and humidity gauge, I highly recommend these. They've given me the confidence to make informed decisions about my home's climate. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accurate and Easy to Use *by on Reviewed in the United States August 23, 2026* This digital thermometer and hygrometer is very easy to use and provides clear temperature and humidity readings. The display is easy to read, and the size is compact, so it fits perfectly in different rooms. ## Frequently Bought Together - ThermoPro TP50 3 Pieces Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer Room Thermometer and Humidity Gauge with Temperature Humidity Monitor - ThermoPro Bluetooth Thermometer Hygrometer, 260FT Range Temperature Sensor Greenhouse Thermometer, Remote App Control Temperature and Humidity Monitor with 2-Year Data Logging Export (TP351) - Govee Indoor Hygrometer Thermometer 3 Pack, Bluetooth Humidity Temperature Gauge with Large LCD Display, Notification Alert with Max Min Records, 2 Years Data Storage Export for Room Greenhouse, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/531376419-temppro-tempair-digital-hygrometer-indoor-thermometer-humidity-monitor](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/531376419-temppro-tempair-digital-hygrometer-indoor-thermometer-humidity-monitor) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
