However the installation instructions are appalling being fundamentally wrong. Don't bother to download and try to install the driver - it will never find the monitor. Nowhere in the installation guide is there any mention of the USB cable but that is what you need - the USB cable from the USB UP port to the computer is essential and that is what makes touch work.Initially connect the power cable, DVI Cable and Speaker cable between monitor and PC. Connect the USB cable to the monitor but not to the PC. Power up everything. Once powered up plug the other end of the USB cable to the PC and you should hear a dual tone sound.Click Settings -> Devices -> Connected Devices and then wait a few seconds. A number of devices will appear and those will include TD2421 Series and Optical Touch Screen. When you do this for the first time blue bars may run across as your PC acquires the relevant software from the internet. Anyhow after both these items appear in the device list that's it - your touch screen should work. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well with Apple Mac MainStage/Logic when correct drivers are used *by E***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 June 2017* Crisp, clear, full HD display but with a highly reflective screen - hence only four stars. Worked fine immediately when tested on Windows 10 - just plugged and played. I knew it would need third party drivers for my intended use with Apple MainStage/Logic Pro on my Mac.
