A: Hi, it is possible to realize. Our insulated food jar are well insulated, and if you are concerned that the bento box insulation will suffer, you can put a small ice pack in the insulated bag to keep it cold for a long time. Thanks!

**Q: Is it easy to clean lunch boxes and soup thermmos?**
A: Soup thermos with large caliber, lunch box inner layer can be removed are very easy to clean.

**Q: is the thermos warm to the touch on the outside when hot food is inside it?**
A: Hello, if you are storing food at temperatures between 122-158 degrees Fahrenheit, the outside of the thermos will not feel warm to the touch. When you store food at temperatures between 176-212 degrees Fahrenheit, the outside of the food jar will feel a little warm to the touch.

**Q: Can a 4 year old open the thermal by themselves?**
A: Yes! My son is 4 and he opens his on his own. I thought it would be a struggle, but we practiced and he got it on his first try. I wouldn't close the lid extremely tight, but he does just fine. I would still practice with your child just in case.
