You need to download the full AC install package (4.0GB) rather than using the online installer with frameworks. Now I have the software, the controller is great but, I'm not giving it any higher than 3 stars as the software should just work plus doesn't have an xbox app. BEFORE UPDATE: Where to start. Overall the controller is actually quite nice. Feels just like a standard Xbox controller with shorter trigger pulls. The main PROBLEM is the app. It simply just doesn't work. I have spent hours and hours trying to get the app to work. Attempted to contact support but eventually gave up because they make it nearly impossible to open a ticket as their website doesn't even work. Do not bother with this controller.
