I'm 40 years old and have a rare form of Dwarfism and I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and need them replaced so until I get the surgery I decided to try them. I've been wearing them for work each day and they have definitely helped with keeping my knees in place. The only cons I have is that they are not a breathable as I'd like and the inside bracket on both hurt at first on the inside of the knee after tightening the straps, but after a couple of minutes and walking it doesn't hurt or bother my knees. The fit is really good as well and fairly simple to adjust.
