To be honest maybe a little too heavy especially difficult to put on but once it's on it fits fairly well. I was hoping I could quickly and easily adjust the weight of the vest by removing the weight pouches but the pockets are so small and the pouches are perfectly sized to be very tight to get in and out. So a quick simple adjustment isn't really an option. So I alter my workout to work around the full weight if the vest which has worked ok it has reduced my press ups from 150 a time to about 80 which saves time in a workout of 5 sets. Plus it adds to squats resistance without needing to add weight to the bars.
