Review: Good material and stable bird ladder - I don't have parrots, so I can't vouch for that sort of use. I put a small water trough in our rural backyard for animals and birds. The animals do fine, but because of the trough's 90-degree edge, birds couldn't access the water unless it it filled to the brim. I bought this ladder and hooked it to the edge. Once the birds figured out how to use it, they use it constantly for accessing the water for drinking and to bathing. I like the fact that even as the water recedes, the birds can still get to the water. The ladder is well made, stable and hasn't corroded.

I don't have parrots, so I can't vouch for that sort of use. I put a small water trough in our rural backyard for animals and birds.
