Have not used it yet though. **Q: Can the be used as a macaroon baking sheet also?** A: I'm so sorry, but I have not used the baking sheet for macaroons. However, it is an extremely good baking sheet and pastry can be rolled out easily, thus saving the kitchen work top etc. It rolls up easily which makes it easy to store.
