Sticks to the cue very well ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Kamui Athlete "soft" leather tip is a WINNER on CF and wood shafts as well. *by on Reviewed in the United States February 20, 2026* I use a carbon fiber shaft on my pool cue stick. I'm evolving from a medium hard tip to a soft tip. After a lot of research I purchased the Kamui Athlete "soft" tip and installed it onto my CF shaft. IMMEDIATELY I noticed a huge improvement with "English" on the white cue ball when struck. Blew me away. Plus I cam easily control the cue ball for my next shot. I also discovered that long straight soft shots table length with this new tip eliminated 100% cue ball scratch into the same pocket. While at the same time this "soft" tip handles hard shots with equal accuracy. Kamui states this tip was designed for carbon fiber shafts. For me it also works great on my backup maple wood shaft.
