I have to fasten it, then put it on...it's not easy, if you're wearing a coat...because it's not easy to try and exspose the wristband enough to beep it at the terminal. So the first time I tried it in Tesco, it worked perfectly. Then the following day in Starbucks, despite having enough on my account, it didn't work...so I'm stood there like an idiot waving my wrist up and down trying to get it to work...I had to go back to get my contactless debit card so I could pay. That worked with no problems at all.
