This one is a different make and has a larger water capacity and a better cable connection point. The only negative of this one is that the refill aperture is smaller than some but bigger than most irons. The box itself is a hoot to read as it was not written by someone with English as a first language. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointed *by J***T on 12 June 2018* Pros: The steamer was inexpensive & delivered quickly. It didn't take long to heat up, I found it straightforward to operate and it is lightweight.Cons: The water tank is small. I only managed to steam one blouse, before needing to refill it. The process wasn't any quicker than using an iron and the result wasn't as good (had to iron over the blouse afterwards). Items cannot be steamed flat, as water spills out & soaks the fabric. Similarly, if the steamer is tilted in any direction, the item gets wet. So it can only be used in an upright position and for best results, the section of fabric being steamed, needs to be held taut, which is all quite tricky to do, without getting burnt.
