My only complaint is that the zippers are very hard to open and close if you don't have things perfectly aligned. As anyone who has tried it knows, getting things perfectly aligned is difficult if you slightly over pack a bag. That said, I doubt I will have a problem with the zipper breaking. I am hoping that with time and use, the zipper becomes easier to operate. I have one suggestion for the manufacturer, if you are going to provide a lock; provide one that is TSA compliant or don't include one at all. The lock that came with the set is a simple combination lock that would hardly deter a determined thief but you can only open it with the combination or by breaking the lock. The first time TSA pulls your bag for inspection, those supplied locks are going to be cut off and be nothing but garbage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A globethrotter best friend luggage set *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2015* I travel a lot for job and pleasure, I bought my first set in 2012 and used ever since no Need of replacement, I liked the set because the following:1. They are light weight in comparison with other brands I used in the past, which make more comfortable when carry them around.2. The hardshell really is strong and holds any hits and scratches withou breaking, the have gone long miles and around 28 airports baggage systems, the shell have some marks of hits and scratches but really very superficials.3. Spacious inside as the hardshell is not occupy that much space. And a well made4.the wheels are manufactured very good as no one has broke or damage only normal wear and tear.5. All the luggage meets standards for luggage equipment.I don't like in that on the first travel, the emblem for the biggest one felt of in the airport. It is a design flaw -- the logo is partially recessed but sticks up past the surface of the suitcases so it can easily get caught and torn off. The surface also scuffs and the color shows the scuff. If I were looking for a replacement, I would go with a metal surface, not this hardshell. And I did miss the outside zipper pocket that can hold items you know you will need first.But they do seem well-made for the price and I have hopes they will stand up well to future travel.PS I bought these because airlines had damaged two sets of soft luggage -- the retracting handles were bent and could not be pulled out for rolling.
