I have purchased Ariat products numerous times over many years. I stand by Ariat and will continue to purchase their fantastic products. First, the box the boots came in looked rough for wear; not the package they were shipped in. Upon opening the box, there was only one sheet of tissue paper over the boots. Those of you who purchase Ariat know the boots come packed with toe 'thingys' and a plastic stick to keep their shape. None here! Then, I noticed wear marks on the heel (like carpet drags) and rub marks in spots along the side of the boot. At the very least these boots had to be floor models!
