I had been looking for a wide pashmina for a while, and couldn't find one, so I was excited to see these. I got black, charcoal, and golden camel--the black is what you'd expect, but the charcoal and golden camel really exceeded my expectations. Both have a beautiful sheen; the charcoal is a lovely pewter color (seemed true to the swatch on the screen), and the golden camel is a deep gold color, just what I had hoped. As other reviewers noted, these are a little scratchy (this is what I deducted a star for); the label says "70% pashmina 30% silk". I'm not sure what this means, because "pashmina" is supposed to be a combination of cashmere and silk--it isn't a material on its own. My guess is that there's a fair amount of non-cashmere wool in these. While this is not top of the line material and workmanship, you would be hard pressed to tell the difference from a distance, and for the money, you cannot go wrong. I would not buy this again, and I wish I had bought one in a lighter, less saturated color. There really is no excuse for the dye not to be properly fixed. I bought this for traveling.
