The woven are basically a medium-weave cotton that looks very good when you first open the very fancy package. But they get very wrinkled. For a lot of people that won't matter -- they're for bed, right? -- but it is surprisingly noticeable. Other than that, the fabric is comfortable.Note, the sizing is odd. Ordering via internet is iffy so we got two adjacent sizes. The "correct" size was indeed just about right coming out of the package. This made me nervous since one expects cotton to shrink. Well, the next size up was actually only slightly bigger (would have expected it to be way too big, but it was only like a half inch to inch in the waist and length).Kept the larger ones and sent back the "correct" size. After washing, the "too big" ones did shrink and now are just about right.
