I have finally found them in these shorts. They are a little longer than I wanted, I was looking for a 6" inseam, but I am ok with that. I ordered the size 6 but wasn't sure how they would fit as I am between a 4 and a 6 normally. They are a little big in the waist, but I am not sure the 4 would fit well, so I will deal with them as they are. I would have given them 5 stars if the tie at the waist was a full draw-string, not just ornamental. I will probably still buy at least 1 more pair of these shorts before summer is over. The velcro closure comes undone when I sit, but I'm sure if I lost that 5 lbs that I gained on vacation this would not be an issue! LolThere is an insert of fabric in the fly so even if the velcro comes undone nothing is exposed. The quality of the fabric is great, it's thick enough to comfortably wear as shorts and light enough to swim in and dry quick when wet.
