It can be used upon approval by unit commanders by personnel requiring a fire-retardant fabric. The fabric is also NIR Compliant. Features: Sewn to military specification FQ PD-06-12B Certified to NFPA 1975 Standards by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Fade, shrink and wrinkle resistant NIR compliant Felled inseams, outseams and seat seams Action-stretch waistband for enhanced comfort Reinforced seat and knee Button fly Eight-pocket design Two cargo pockets with button flaps Two shin-high cargo pockets (three-channel pen pocket on right side) Two back pockets with button flaps Drain holes in bellowed pockets Fused pocket flaps for clean, professional look Can be used upon approval by unit commanders for personnel requiring a fire-retardant fabric

This Propper pant is not sized correctly.  As a matter of fact, it is at least 2 sizes smaller than the tagged size.  I ordered another pant from Propper on March 29 in the same size and it fit.  All my other pants fit in the size 16, yet this one is more like a 12.  DO NOT ORDER THIS PANT.
