I love the thumbholes and the hood. This is a great fleece that does not keep you too warm. I use it at work because it matches the fleeces that have our company logo on them, but our workplace does not offer the green. I did have a co-worker tell me that it looked like a fleece that Kermit D. Frog vomited up, but I'm sure he was just jealous :) I ordered a size larger than I normally get because my work fleeces are shrinking. This one has not shrunk yet, but I was with cold water and I hang dry my fleeces. I like how thin this fleece is compared to the other fuller fleeces. And aside from what my coworker said, I do like this color green, though I would like it to be one more shade darker. This fits perfectly for adult women.
