Don't use the grease that ships with parts in little condiment packets. Use this stuff. We have harsh winters here. When I take apart the brakes the next year, this stuff is still doing its job, although I reapply it. Because it's silicone based, I've also used this on polyurethane bushings when the grease that ships with them isn't enough.
