These work great (in perfect conditions) but in the field the take forever to get a decent read on the Sp02 and the go all over the board with readings for the first 10-15 seconds. If you're only using it on yourself it works...if you're using it in the field then buy at your own risk**update 1/17/2018**The seller messaged me back and said its not for professional use, yet in the info it says for first aid and BLS use...extremely upset with this company and product.
