The hand ones get warm pretty fast and I had to just hold onto zip lock bags with ice in them for the last 30 minutes of my 60 minute Taxol infusion -- that worked too. The foot ones didn't have this problem. They are well worth your money if you're going to have chemo., both red devil and Taxol. I did waste my money buying extra of the blue inserts.
