They come in single packets so I can do one jar/mylar or 20 jars/mylar with out the stress of running "out of time" before sealing everything! There's no waste of packets (most companies come in 5,10 or 20) packets that you usually have to throw out if only sealing a few things. No need to "wait" to seal multiple things at one time. For me? It alleviated a lot of stress.
