I looked at a lot of reviews on clothes that offered preemie size, and a lot of customers stated they were too big for even a 6 lb babies. These had good reviews all around, including a good fit for preemie babies. I bought just a few of these to wear her first month. I'm also a big fan of the front opening, in case it gets pooped or peed on, I don't have to pull it over her head. It's also nice when she's upset and crying, it seems to make her cry harder if I have to pull her clothes over her head. I do really like the quality of these, with the option of and actual small preemie size, I do think these are the best onesies on the market, and a great value for the price.
