I washed them once and they are super wrinkled. The waistband is cotton knit but there is an additional band of elastic which is very tight - I had to cut it - the pants stay up fine without it. I am thick waisted though so - I wear a misses 10 in jeans - they are comfortable for around the house so I just kept them rather than return them - maybe I will take them apart and make a pattern and make a nicer version. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Thin and not all cotton *by M***O on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on February 8, 2016* These are not al cotton which I thought as it stated only the waist and around the ankle they fit pretty good but the rest of the material you have to be careful with hence you can rip them easy hence they dont move with you. They fit well (I'm typically around a size 8 to 10). The pants are not too tight and not too large, just right. My only pet peeve is that the elastic around the waist is a bit too tight (although the waist of the pants itself is not tight), and I think this will bother me after awhile. I'll eventually change the elastic myself to a more comfortable elastic (a simple fix), which is not a big deal for me but it might bother some. I don't regret the purchase though. If you like wearing unique clothing from the far reaches of the world, this is a good piece! Also, the sellers were very responsive & replied to my email right away.
