Does it dissolve?** A: Yes, it dissolves. The capsule is vegetable based and dissolves completely after about 20min to an hour. That releases the powder which mostly dissolved but some might end up in your underwear. I recommend wearing a pad or panty liner. Your vagina will start flushing itself and will produce a lot of watery discharge. It will feel like sweating. I usually insert before bed.
