Aufgrund von einer Blutgerinnungsstörung darf ich keinerlei hormonelle Verhütungsmittel mehr benutzen. Da wir noch nicht in der Kinderplanung sind habe ich also eine Alternative zum ständigen verwenden von Kondomen gesucht.Ich muss sagen der Cyclotest myWay bietet mir nun die zuvor fehlende Sicherheit. Er ist einfach zu bedienen.Anwendung:An jedem ersten Tag der Periode gebe ich ein, dass ein neuer Zyklus beginnt und kann wählen, wie ich gerne meine Temperatur messen möchte.Ich habe die Wahl zwischen- vaginal- oral- analBisher habe ich immer nur die orale Temperaturmessmethode benutzt. In den Einstellungen gibt man dann an welchen Zeitraum man zum messen verwenden möchte. Ich persönlich habe variable Arbeitszeiten und stehe immer zu verschiedenen Zeiten auf. Daher habe ich meinen Messzeitraum zwischen 6:30 und 10:30 Uhr gelegt. Das Licht am Temperaturfühler geht an, sobald der Messzeitraum eingetreten ist. Im Kopf des Fühlers ist ein kleiner Knopf eingearbeitet den man einfach drückt bevor man sich den Fühler unter die Zunge legt (bei der oralen Methode). Der Cyclotest benötigt ca. 1:30 min um meine Temperatur zu messen und gibt einen Piepton von sich wenn er fertig ist. Und das wars auch schon jeden Morgen. Auf dem Bildschirm des Cyclotest kann man dann seine Temperatur sehen, sowie die Aussage ob man fruchtbar ist oder nicht. Dies wird durch ein grünes oder rotes Symbol angezeigt. Weiterhin kann man sehen wann voraussichtlich der Eisprung sein wird, sowie wann die nächste Blutung beginnen wird. In verschiedenen Darstellungen (Graph, Kalender) kann man nun sehen wie der Temperaturverlauf aussieht und erkennt hier auch schnell die "höhen" und "tiefen" des Zyklus. Zusätzlich kann man Werte wie das Gewicht eingeben. Oder ob man geschützten oder ungeschützten Geschlechtsverkehr hatte, ob man Schmerzen im Unterleib hatte (Mittelschmerz), ob man Zwischenblutungen hatte, ob man vielleicht krank ist oder eine lange Nacht durch eine Party und Alkohol hatte. Dies wird einem dann im Monatsgraphen angezeigt und der Computer kann einzelne Ausschläge entweder besser bewerten oder einfach ignorieren, da ein besonderes Ereignis zu dem steigen (bei viel Alkohol am Abend zuvor steigt die Temperatur) der Temperatur geführt hat.Nach etwa vier Zyklen muss ich sagen, ist der Cyclotest bei mir recht zuverlässig in der Vorhersage meiner voraussichtlichen Blutung und des Eisprungs. Mein Zyklus ist aber auch sehr regelmäßig. Zusätzlich verwende ich Ovolationstests und gebe die Ergebnisse in den Cyclotest ein. Dies gibt mir noch ein wenig mehr Sicherheit und der Cyclotest erinnert mich daran einen Test zu machen. Ich brauche dann zusätzlich ungefähr drei Ovolationstests pro Zyklus.Wir sind bisher oft das "Risiko" eingegangen und haben in den grünen Tagen nicht verhütet. Bisher bin ich nicht schwanger geworden und plage mich auch nicht mit Ängsten vor der nächsten Blutung!! Wenn man sich etwas mit dem eigenen Zyklus auseinandersetzt und den Computer als Hilfsmittel benutzt erscheinen die roten und grünen Tag aber auch recht klar und sicher.Toll finde ich auch, dass wir den Computer auch verwenden können wenn wir planen schwanger zu werden.
