I've always struggled to get the right balance when it comes to nutrition, this does it all for you it's great. Also customer service is great, I had some scoops missing when it arrived and Jules got them sent first class to me, was really friendly and super efficient. I've only just started using it so can't comment on weight loss yet but I feel like this is going to completely change my way of thinking about food as you are learning about all the right food groups to eat so subconsciously you won't want to eat crap food any more as you won't know what's in it, also its not just for loosing weight it's to maintain weight too or even gain but it's all healthy. I will update in 4 weeks time.
