This is a very well-made tri-ply stainless steel, which I expect to last many many years if not a lifetime. Perfect size to boil between 1 to probably a maximum 6 eggs at a time. Or to heat up 1 to 2 bowls of soup. I also like that there are no rivets on the inside, making it very easy to clean. Heats well and evenly.
