Review: No issues so far - I bought two of the 4000W/3200W generators for a trip with my camper, but I had to cancel that trip. So, they say in the box for about 9 months until a hurricane knocked out my power for 6 days. I unboxed one of the two generators I bought, read the instructions, filled it with oil and gas, pulled the cord and it started right up. First pull. And it started within three pulls every time over the next 5 days until the power was restored. I was able to run several fans, a refrigerator and an upright freezer as well as keeping electronics charged. I didn't have a single issue with that generator. It is a bit heavy and I wish it had a little bit larger fuel tank, but they don't impact my overall thoughts on the unit since it works so well. It is also not the quietest generator out there, but it's also far from the loudest. I think for its size, it's perfectly acceptable, especially when run in eco mode. If you don't have much of a load, it isn't very loud at all. I highly recommend this generator if you need one of this size. My next thing to test out is hooking up the two generators together to see how that works. Hopefully, by the time the next storm hits, I'll have a transfer switch hooked up to the house that I can plug into and will run both of them together with the parallel kit.

I bought two of the 4000W/3200W generators for a trip with my camper, but I had to cancel that trip. So, they say in the box for about 9 months until a hurricane knocked out my power for 6 days. I unboxed one of the two generators I bought, read the instructions, filled it with oil and gas, pulled the cord and it started right up. First pull. And it started within three pulls every time over the next 5 days until the power was restored. I was able to run several fans, a refrigerator and an upright freezer as well as keeping electronics charged. I didn't have a single issue with that generator. It is a bit heavy and I wish it had a little bit larger fuel tank, but they don't impact my overall thoughts on the unit since it works so well. It is also not the quietest generator out there, but it's also far from the loudest. I think for its size, it's perfectly acceptable, especially when run in eco mode. If you don't have much of a load, it isn't very loud at all. I highly recommend this generator if you need one of this size.
