Turning this illumination off switches off the rinses and the machine goes straight to spin **Q: Hi, how long does it take for a general 40 degree mixed load to wash? In our existing washing machine which has died this took 55 mins. However, the machine pictured above doesn’t show the black ring around the door on the one we received, so it’s not all silver and white.I would say that the only drawback for us has been the service. I would have spent extra money on delivery and purchased this somewhere else, as you get no help whatsoever with getting it in the house. The single delivery driver was perfectly nice, but unable to move the machine an inch from where it landed when unloaded from the van. I had to phone a relative for help and had the machine standing halfway down my driveway for an hour. Had to chase back after them as they hadn't unwrapped and it said on the order sheet to make sure they did before they left so we could both confirm there were no scratches etc. They reluctantly came in, watched me unpack (it was fine) then ran like hell.
