Very good service ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1 year review: Excellent Bottle, Durability issues. *by B***Y on 7 June 2022* Firstly the pros: This bottle is excellent for one-handed use as a sports bottle; the locking mechanism works really well and is satisfying to use, the nozzle makes drinking very easy and water flows smoothly as your drinking it. This might sound silly but as a drinking experience I can't really think of a way to improve it. It's also really easy to clean as you can get to all of the parts easily and all of the soft components that contact the water can dry easily, avoiding the potential for black mould that I've experienced with other bottles. The so-so: The bottle is leak-proof, at least 99% of the time. I've had one occasion where the nozzle gasket got unseated slightly and wouldn't seal, but that was easy enough to remedy. The main issue is that occasionally the lid gasket gets slightly twisted from tightening the lid, which seems to cause spillages when drinking. Again, easily remedied but annoying when it leaks water down your shirt. The cons: I never really found a use for the handle, it's only small enough to fit a couple of fingers through which leads me to believe it's primarily designed to clip on to something, except there's no clip so you'd need a carabiner or something to attach it to anything. Mine had also snapped completely off after about 9 months. The spring lasted longer, just over a year before snapping, but due to the design of the lid you can't replace it which detracts from the ease of use as the lid can no longer flip up on its own. Replacement lids don;t seem to be available any more either so this can only be fixed by buying a whole new bottle. One of the primary reasons to buy a water bottle is to reduce the amount of plastic associated with drinking water on the go, so a bottle that only lasts about a year isn't ideal.
