It used to be, and they're still advertising that it is but it isn't. I have moved to Apple and now I can't access my camera.Tellingly, all my emails to the same address that helped me so well before are just being ignored, which tells me that they are ashamed of their shady approach to ongoing customer support and won't engage with me.If remote access to your camera is important to you, find another make. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Well so far so good. Ordered the camera and it arrived, on time, as confirmed when purchased here on Amazon.All I've done so far is set it up to connect to my home Wifi. It's a lovely looking bit of kit - very pleased so far and looking forward to getting it to work when it's up outside - I'll update this once it's properly installed.However, few tips for anyone buying this product - this may help you and save you some time (and frustration!!!!)1 - Getting into the Camera wasn't simple. After searching online and via their direct website, I struggled to work this out. The camera itself was really well made and seemed impenetrable. However, as a tip (see part 2 as this would explain it all however...), to access it, turn the top half of the camera counter-clockwise AFTER removing the top shield. Its proper tight (well made!) but once it comes apart, its simple, but this may help you initially.2 - Presuming you'll have ordered a micro SD card or have one already, I struggled to find out how to put the SD card into the camera. The "Quick Install Guide" didn't advise how to do it, just that you must do it BEFORE you connect to the Network. You can find the answer (took me 20 minutes to find this after digging around on their website (couldn't find anything via Google or YouTube) - here is the link ("www dot phylink dot com/support/articles/PHYLINK_How_to_setup_recording_to_MicroSD_card_V160304.pdf"; on page 4 of 6 but make sure to zoom in so you can clearly see where the SD goes). This may save you some time.*Note for Phylink, please put this in your manual, with a clear picture as it does help!3 - When you first try to find the camera on your mobile phone, you'll be asked to input your UID on page 3 of the "Quick Install Guide". Now when I read it (I'm not hugely tech savvy, but I get by!) it confirms a UID with a code next to it. I assumed this was it...it's not! I was getting so frustrated that it wouldn't connect, trying over and over. So, finally, I read further on through page by page....thinking I was missing something really basic I finally found out where to find it (easy when you know how!), page 8, step 1, option 2 "...UID from the STICKER on the camera cable..." - yes!On the camera camera, turn it round and there is the code. Took a time to find but hopefully this will save you a bit of time.*Note, Again, PHYLINK, top tip, in your manual where the FIRST UID is discussed - having it in bold saying "it's on the sticker cable" would massively help!4 - May well be something obvious, however, when you connect your Camera to Wifi, taking it away from the Ethernet cable, DON'T disconnect the cable yet, you'll not find your local Wifi. Instead search FIRST for your local Wifi, and then remove the hard link Ethernet cable.
