Very tasty and tastes just how it is describes - Caramel. I have also bought the Vanilla version of this syrup as well, because they improve a cup of coffee significantly! I use it instead of sugar because it adds flavour. It's not too thick like you would imagine, so when it is mixed in your coffee you don't notice it is in there, it just tastes a lot better.
