What does that mean?** A: It means that you don't apply the adhesive and then immediately push the two items to be bonded together. You need to allow the adhesive to become tacky before pushing the two items together, otherwise the final bond won't be strong. **Q: what is cure time for 03602** A: Yes full cure 24hrs. However, after a minute or two you might as well start over because it skins over so fast. IMO it comes out tacky/ready to use, but maybe I got a tube that had been sitting awhile. I think it comes out liquid-ee, runny and shiny and within a minute it's turning dull as it skins over. I'd say from tube squeeze to press to adhere and clamp is 30 secs 'working time'. Or do whatever you want with it.. ¡k>nt¡ some instructions.. I resealed and waterproofed some construction shoes that got some holes in them and the soles were coming loose by just going free-form and abstract with this stuff. It's awesome ! **Q: I need to glue down some rubber treads on my deck stairs to prevent slipping on them.
