The console is easy to navigate with good manual control and a good selection of programmed workouts. This cross trainer has a long stride length, a decent weight flywheel and easily controllable magnetic resistance. The supplied ear lobe HRM appears to be accurate with similar results to a third party chest strap HRM/watch. Es waren alle Teile und Schrauben vorhanden, für das auspacken und aufbauen haben wir zwei Stunden gebraucht.
